If I had to pick one dessert to eat for the rest of my life, it would be an easy decision: Hot fudge sundae wins every single time. After all, what could possibly be better than giant scoops of ice cream, drizzled with chocolate, sprinkles, and cherries? Well, maybe these caramel mini cheesecakes, but I digress.
Still, I’m a realist. I know the hot fudge sundae also has its drawbacks. It might be incredibly delicious, but it’s also a solo mission, or, at best, something for two people to share.
In other words, it’s not easy to serve ice cream sundaes to a crowd at a big summer party. Valiant people have tried, but everything just melts and gets sticky, and the ice cream runs out.
