Spinach Artichoke Bagel Melts Give New Meaning To A Classic Dip

Every household has its favorites snacks.

This recipe takes inspiration from classic spinach artichoke dip, but instead of being paired with crunchy chips, the cheesy dip doubles as a spread, and is smeared on chewy bagels.

  • 3/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • Scallions, finely chopped
  • 12 Tbsps. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 can artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 oz. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 7 oz. freshly grated mozzarella
  • 9 bagel halves
  • Instructions
    • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sour cream. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    • Add in garlic, scallions, and mustard. Stir until mixed.
    • Add in artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir well until mixed.
    • Lay bagels onto baking sheet. Spread about 4 Tbsps. of spinach and artichoke dip on each bagel.
    • Bake in oven at 375 °F for about 7 to 8 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, and enjoy!
