  • 1 8.5 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Powdered sugar
  • Instructions
    • Combine creamed corn, pancake mix, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Whisk well to make into a batter.
    • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, until the temperature reaches 350 degrees °F.
    • Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.
    • Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
    • Mix honey and mustard for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
