1 8.5 oz can creamed corn
1 cup pancake mix
Salt and pepper
2 cups vegetable oil
Combine creamed corn, pancake mix, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Whisk well to make into a batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, until the temperature reaches 350 degrees °F.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Mix honey and mustard for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
