Wow Your Guests At Cocktail Hour With A Zesty Twist On Shrimp Cocktail!

Igrew up on an island, so it should come as no surprise that I’m a little picky about seafood.
If I’m going to enjoy a recipe featuring fish or shellfish, it has to be fresh, fresh, fresh, and packed with flavor! After all, seafood is usually on the pricy side; it’s just not worth the expense to order something and have it come out tasting bland and recently frozen.
That’s why I’m a big believer in preparing fish myself whenever I can, using recipes like this easy-peasy technique for preparing delicious spring salmon.
Making seafood at home is way cheaper than ordering it, and you always know where the ingredients came from.
My latest favorite is a spicy twist on a cocktail classic. Next time you stop to pick up a chilled shrimp cocktail for your next party, consider grabbing some fresh jumbo shrimp instead, and making a deliciously zesty snack your guests will rave about!
Be sure to watch the video below, then print out the easy recipe below to make these at home!
