Fried chicken is delicious year-round — but it’s especially tasty when springtime starts bouncing in!
It really doesn’t have to be super-warm out for us to enjoy eating things like this mouthwatering cheesy jalapeño burger — in fact, I would be happy to eat that any time of the year.
In an exclusive video below, we share the recipe for yet another seasonal favorite: fried chicken.
Except, ours has a special little twist at the end. Instead of dredging the chicken in a traditional buttermilk-and-flour mixture for a crispy coating, these chicken strips are crusted with yummy cheddar SunChips.
Fried to a crunchy golden-brown, they make for the most perfect, crowd-pleasing party appetizer. The best part is, after the marinade is made and ready to go, they take pretty much no time at all to cook up!
