But perhaps the best part? By switching up the ingredients, I can make myself an entirely different stromboli every night of the week. Whether I’m craving veggies, meat, or a combination of both, I can make a one-of-a-kind stromboli that perfectly fits my mood.

1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsps. Italian dressing
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Evenly spread tomato sauce over rolled-out pizza dough.
Top with mozzarella cheese, green pepper, salami, and pepperoni.
Roll up the dough carefully, sealing the ends.
Lay, seam-side down, on baking sheet.
Cut six slits across the top.
Brush generously with Italian dressing.
Top with garlic salt and additional mozzarella cheese, as desired.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 °F.
Top with parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
