But it never dawned on me that I might actually be able to replicate an incredible pepperoni and salami stromboli right in my own kitchen!

But perhaps the best part? By switching up the ingredients, I can make myself an entirely different stromboli every night of the week. Whether I’m craving veggies, meat, or a combination of both, I can make a one-of-a-kind stromboli that perfectly fits my mood.

  • Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • Salami, sliced
  • Pepperoni, sliced
  • 3 Tbsps. Italian dressing
  • Garlic salt
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Instructions
    • Preheat oven to 400 °F.
    • Evenly spread tomato sauce over rolled-out pizza dough.
    • Top with mozzarella cheese, green pepper, salami, and pepperoni.
    • Roll up the dough carefully, sealing the ends.
    • Lay, seam-side down, on baking sheet.
    • Cut six slits across the top.
    • Brush generously with Italian dressing.
    • Top with garlic salt and additional mozzarella cheese, as desired.
    • Bake for 20 minutes at 400 °F.
    • Top with parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
