French Toast With Bacon Ricotta Is About To Be Your New Favorite Breakfast!

Ilike to think that I’m an equal-opportunity food lover, from elaborate desserts to simple sandwiches!
That said, if I’m really being honest with myself, I do play favorites — give me breakfast food any day of the week, any time of the day!
If it’s got eggs, bacon, or maple syrup, I’m there, from savory treats like these easy ham crepes to elaborate sweet breakfast pastries full of sugar and berries! All these yummy dishes make for a great start to the day, or an excellent meal for whenever!
At the moment, my favorite go-to for breakfast is a deliciouskid-friendly twist on a childhood classic: homemade French toast strips with sophisticated ricotta garnish!
Of course, this soon-to-be classic doesn’t bear much of a resemblance to the French toast strips some of us might remember from summer camp or elementary school.
Instead, the delicious breakfast is made from scratch with white bread, then loaded with sweet and savory flavor, thanks to the ricotta bacon dip!
Print out the recipe below to make this for your next morning meal!
