Having the good fortune to work in the LittleThings office, I get to try tasty recipes all of the time.
Every day there is a new, delicious dessert or dish to sample — like these yummy SunChips-coated chicken strips.
So as a self-proclaimed expert in all things tasty, I promise I am not exaggerating when I say that this dessert recipe is absolutely out-of-this-world. Once I tried it, I could not stop talking about it.
These chocolate chip cookie dough Ritz crackers sandwiches are just as decadent as they sound. I challenge anybody to eat just one!

This simple snack combines several of my favorite childhood snacks — cookie dough, Ritz crackers, and chocolate — into every bite. And now that I’ve eaten more than a few of these at work, I can’t wait to give the recipe a try at home myself.

4 Tbsps. butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
32 Ritz crackers
1 lb. chocolate candy melts
12 oz. white chocolate candy melts
In large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar, mixing in vanilla, flour, and chocolate chips.
Form dough into 1 Tbsp. balls.
Place each ball between two Ritz crackers, pressing them together to slightly flatten the cookie dough.
In separate bowl, microwave chocolate candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally, until melted.
Dip each cracker sandwich into melted chocolate, and place on wax-paper-lined cookie sheet.
Microwave white chocolate candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally, until melted.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over chocolate-dipped Ritz sandwiches.
Serve and enjoy!
